Intuitive Eating: 6 Weeks to Christmas
6 x 1:1 Private Sessions
10th November - 20th December 2025
Make Peace with Food. Free Yourself from Chronic Dieting Forever.
Have you tried dieting over and over again, only to find yourself in despair each time you fail?
The disturbing truth is that dieting doesn't work. It leaves you feeling hungry, frustrated, dissatisfied, and distrusting your own body.
If you're ready to stop the endless cycle of deprivation and overeating and instead create a peaceful and healthy relationship with food, this programme will show you how.
What if you walked into Christmas:
- Without restricting before parties
- Without guilt after eating
- Actually enjoying the food and the people
- Trusting yourself around food
That's what these 6 weeks will give you: the tools and foundation to change your relationship with food for good.
Here's What You Get: $497
6 x 1:1 Private Sessions
This isn't group coaching. This is your journey, tailored to your challenges.

- Challenge the food police in your head
- Build compassion for your body
Stop feeling so distressed about eating
- Remove the shame and guilt
- Understand why you eat when you're not hungry (or forget to eat)

- Work supervised by Evelyn Tribole (co-founder of Intuitive Eating)
Why This Approach Is Different
I've spent 4 years training to become a Certified Intuitive Eating Counsellor. I'm completing my final supervision this month with Evelyn Tribole - co-founder of Intuitive Eating.
But here's what makes this programme different from standard Intuitive Eating:
Standard IE says "honour your hunger" and "feel your fullness."
But what if you can't?
What if you're disconnected from your body because of:
- Intergenerational diet culture - decades of being taught to ignore hunger, restrict, be smaller
- Trauma - using food to cope, self-soothe, or survive
- Neurodivergence - hypo-interoceptive awareness, alexithymia, ADHD hyperfocus, ARFID (Avoidant Restrictive Food Intake Disorder)
- Eating disorder history - anorexia, bulimia, binge eating
- Being a woman in diet culture - a lifetime of "shoulds" and "shouldn'ts" around food
- People-pleasing - finishing your plate out of obligation
"Just listen to your body" doesn't work when you've been taught NOT to for 30, 40, 50 years.
This is where my specialist training and lived experience comes in.
This work is:
- Trauma-informed - understanding that food behaviours are protective mechanisms
- Neuroaffirming - adapted for different brains and nervous systems
- Evidence-based - grounded in 170+ studies on Intuitive Eating
- Supervised - by Evelyn Tribole herself
I have lived experience as AuDHD with eating disorder history. I understand interoceptive awareness challenges, body dysmorphia, and how neurodivergent nervous systems work differently.
You're getting someone with clinical training AND lived experience who truly gets it.

What This Actually Looks Like
You'll leave these 6 weeks with:
→ Tools to reconnect with your body and intuition
→ An understanding of your hunger and fullness cues (instead of overriding them)
→ The ability to make satisfying food choices without guilt
→ A plan for navigating Christmas - the family dynamics, the food pressure, the overwhelm
→ Ways to regulate your nervous system when you're dysregulated and away from your usual supports
→ The confidence to set boundaries around food (even with family)
→ Compassion for your body and yourself
→ The beginning of trusting yourself around food
→ Brain space for things that actually matter
This is not a quick fix.
This is the foundation for changing the way you think about food for good.
Six weeks gives you tools, practice, and support to start building a peaceful and healthy relationship with food.
Why Now?
Because Christmas is coming.
And for many of us, it's one of the most stressful times of the year.
Extended time with family. Often out of our own homes. Without the usual supports and routines that help us regulate.
All the unspoken rules about how things "should" be. What we can and can't say. How we're supposed to behave.
The pressure to perform. To be grateful. To enjoy it.
It's a pressure cooker.
Especially if you're neurodivergent. Especially if you carry trauma (big T or little t). Especially if food has been your go-to coping mechanism.
Six weeks gives you time to:
- Learn and practice these skills before you're in the thick of it
- Build tools for when you're overwhelmed and dysregulated
- Have a plan for navigating family dynamics and food situations
- Practice saying no and setting boundaries
You'll have tools, understanding, and a plan to navigate Christmas differently.
Not perfectly. But differently.
And that's the beginning of everything changing.
The Investment: $497
Six private 1:1 sessions with comprehensive notes, resources, and a plan for Christmas.
That's less than $83 per session for work that gives you tools to navigate food differently.
Think about it: What do you spend on a single restrictive diet programme? A month of meal plans you won't stick to? Gym memberships you feel guilty about not using?
This is $83 per session to actually understand your relationship with food and build lasting tools.
Payment in full required. If finances are a barrier, email [email protected]
